She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in International Business and is currently a DBA candidate researching the relationship between leadership behaviour and measurable business performance outcomes. Her work bridges behavioural science with strategic execution — ensuring transformation initiatives are grounded in evidence, not ideology.

Nassima has over 20 years of experience within high-growth, complex environments where performance, accountability, and structural clarity are critical. She advises founders, boards, and executive teams navigating expansion, institutional evolution, leadership recalibration, and governance alignment.
